Merran’s passion for nutrition grew through her early studies at university, studying both Psychology and Nutrition during her Health Sciences degree, at Deakin University. After graduating with a Masters in Nutrition, she continued her studies through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to complete a Health Coaching certificate; consolidating her ability to provide personal and professional consultations.

Merran combines holistic nutritional advice with practical lifestyle interventions. Her focuses include: weight management, stress and fatigue, gut health, hormone balance, inflammation, real-food cooking and mindful eating for a positive outlook, which she provides during personal consultation as well as group seminars.

Merran currently works as a nutritionist and health coach privately through her own business, as well as practising at Healing Minds Psychology clinic, Glenroy.

Nutritional Health Services:


During this 60 minute session, you will meet with Merran and discuss your health history and current health concerns. This session is critical to establishing your primary goals and needs, determining if you could benefit from continued visits to assist you in your areas of concern. This is also a time where goals can be established, pin-pointing what you would love to work though during future sessions.

Duration: 60 minutes



These can be booked in for the week following your initial consult, or can be booked in whenever suites. Frequency of these visits can be determined by your needs and will help you whenever you feel the need to visit Merran for your health queries.

The 6-week program offers accountability for the six-week duration and includes:

  • Initial consultation and health history session (60 minutes)

  • Food & Mood diary booklet to map your day-to-day activity

  • Three 45 minute sessions every fortnight (weeks 2, 4 and 6)

  • Recipes and reference handouts

  • continued contact throughout
