Experience the difference. Our wellness reformer Pilates offers a semi private personalized experience. Our class sizes are small to ensure you receive one on one attention, with an emphasis on technique to ensure correct form and muscle activation is achieved to optimize results.
Pilates method focuses on precise mind to body muscle activation, strenthening of the core & pelvic floor, building stability, improving strength, balance, coordination, muscle toning & complete body awareness.
With over 30 classes to choose from suiting all levels of fitness from beginners, intermediate, jump board cardio & our beginner classes also cater for ante/post natal women. Men and Woman of all levels are welcome.
BEGINNERS
Fundamentals
Class duration 45 minutes
A classical class focusing on core & pelvic floor activation, mind to muscle connection, body awareness, improving posture, strength and coordination.
(please notify the studio prior of any injuries, and stage of pregnancy - safe during all stages of pregnancy)
TONE & STRETCH
Class duration 45 minutes
This class is designed to stretch and lengthen muscles, increasing flexibility whilst giving you a whole body workout.
Build lean muscle, improve posture & agility.
Suitable for all levels.
BUTTS - THIGHS & CORE
Class duration 45 minutes
A fun class focusing on toning and strengthening your centre; core, abs, glutes, inner & outer thighs.
Tone your mid sections, improve pelvic stability and core activation.
Suitable for all Levels
CARDIO HIIT
Class duration 45 minutes
A dynamic, energetic class, combining cardio jump-board, HIIT & metabolic exercises to boost the metabolism, increase energy and tone the whole body.
Recommended minimum 5 Beginners classes prior to attending. Not suitable during pregnancy.
INTERMEDIATE
Class duration 45 minutes
Build on the fundamentals learnt in Beginners class.
A whole body workout. Take it to the next level, with advanced postures, enhance strength, challenge coordination, balance and sculpt your body.
Recommended minimum 5-8 beginners classes prior to attending.
Clinical Reformer Pilates
Prefer a tailored program? Do you have specific goals, chronic pain or not sure how to feel that mind to muscle connection? Clinical Pilates incorporates a Clinical Assessment to assess your muscle activation and posture, a practical private session tailoring an individual program for you and Clinical Equipment Classes with a max of 3 people each following a tailored program.
