Remedial Massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
Remedial massage combines a number of different techniques including; Deep or Soft tissue massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Active release techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Stretch techniques to name a few. Your Therapist may choose to use one or more of these techniques or many more during your session in order to achieve optimal results.

Our signature sports massage has been tailored to optimise your athletic and sports performance. Specific techniques applied pre-event, post event and during maintenance to prevent injuries, achieve more during each training session and promote recovery.
Our treatments incorporate magnesium oil, arnica and eucalyptus balm to reduce inflammation, tension and promote healing.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a highly specialised technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid (‘lymph’) throughout the body. Using gentle, rhythmic movements, it works on the connective tissues just beneath the skin to support detoxification, reduce fluid retention and improve circulation.
To enhance results, RF Vacuum therapy and/or Myofascial Cupping may be applied to areas of congestion, inflammation or swelling.
